　　第三個聽力訓練法就是精聽和泛聽相結(jié)合。如果都是泛聽，隨時帶著耳機聽英文，慢慢就會疲勞，就會無法深入。不加深入的去聽，效果不是特別明顯。所以一定要有精聽、有泛聽。精聽指的是對一個段落，要聽出每一個詞，接近于聽寫。還要聽出上下文的篇章結(jié)構(gòu)。 精聽很耗時間，大概半個小時左右的聽力有的時候精聽可以聽到三四個小時，對于提高非常有幫助。但是精聽總量往往不夠，所以在平時生活中，可以利用生活中的碎片時間，輔以泛聽，比如看看美劇，聽聽BBC的新聞。
